The homeowners of this historic house wanted to update the floorplan by opening up the kitchen to the adjacent dining area. Because this was a load bearing wall, they asked that we complete the demolition, install the framing and beam needed to support the structure above and rough in the electrical. They finished the opening with drywall, painted and installed the lighting, cabinets and countertops on their own.
