Garages of this size are hard to come by in “Old Town” Noblesville, so naturally the homeowners wanted to save it, but they also wanted to give it a more eye-catching look, so they came to us with a request to replace all the siding and trim as the basic updates. The old wood siding was replaced with smooth texture, cement board siding to look most like the clapboard siding found on so many historic homes in the area and all of the trim and soffit were replaced with cedar. The fun part came with the addition of a custom designed, decorative arbor across the front and the addition of a window on the alley side.
