This project is a great example of an exterior historic restoration.  This home’s original wood clapboard siding was covered in asbestos siding.  This homeowner is devoted to returning the charm to their historic home.  Their home needed some extensive work done on the exterior façade.  The scope of our work included replacement and restoration of siding, asbestos abatement, tuckpointing the brick foundation, replacement of the roof, installation of new gutters, removal of an add-on enclosed porch not original to the house, rebuilding an historically accurate wrap around porch, decorative brackets, posts and spandrels and painting the entire exterior.
