We have completed two bath remodels for this homeowner. This first one was located on the first floor. With children grown and no longer living in the house, the tub was no longer needed and was taking up valuable space, so we changed the tub to a standing shower. Other work included replacing the toilet, replacing the vanity with an antique pedestal sink salvaged by the homeowner, installing period appropriate tile for the age of the house and updating the electrical.
