This project was a bath remodel in another historic home in downtown Noblesville. The owners had a clear idea of what they wanted done and had most of the materials purchased and on site before construction began. The owners were ready for some relatively simple updates but wanted to keep the layout as it was. So with new custom cabinets, Cambria countertops, a new marble mosaic floor, a little custom carpentry, new high tank toilet and some work to old cast iron plumbing lines, we were able to give the bath a clean new look.

Although initially the homeowners were hesitant to change the layout , during the early stage of the remodel, we decided it would greatly improve the function of the bath to turn the toilet so that it faced the center of the bath rather than the tub. The homeowners agreed and, as a result, we where able to eliminate the ceiling high, bead board covered "bump-out" that existed only to house the vent stack for the old toilet, thereby improving the overall feel of the design.
