The owner of this commercial building in downtown Noblesville is a repeat customer of ours who has asked for design work and drawings on a few of his properties. After purchasing this building, he came to us with a request to design and do drawings for a new façade that is more in keeping with its original historic storefront construction. This building is very similar to other commercial buildings of this time period, in that a structural beam spans the entire width of the front façade and is supported at the outside corners and columns between. That allows us to design a layout that maximized the glass which extends all the way up to the beam.
