Connor Street Historic 1880’s Home - Interior
This project was completed for a client who wanted to update the finishes and fixtures in her bath to make it feel more like a master bathroom. Significant improvements were made with the following changes:
- Replaced the single pedestal with two retro console-style pedestal sinks making the bath useable for two people.
- Replaced old wall tile with subway tile for a contemporary twist on a classic product.
- Removed wall paneling and shimmed out framing to repair a bowed wall.
- Replaced the tile floor with large-scale porcelain matte product.
- Moved floor radiator unit and toilet to make the space more accommodating.
- New retro light fixtures and beveled edge mirrors finished off this beautifully simple bath remodel.
- New paint, drywall and accessories create a nice clean finish for the space.
